Terms & Conditions
- Payment due upon receipt of statement unless otherwise arranged.
- In the event of default in payment, causing the account to be referred to an attorney or a collection agency, I, the customer, agree to pay all collection fees and expenses.
- Late payments will be subject to a 2% per month finance charge.
- Return check fee is $30.00 USD
- Any changes to, or cancellations of this contract, must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the date of service.
- Not responsible for the moving of or damage caused to outside furniture.
- Any additional services to be performed other than specified in this contract shall be carried out at an additional fee.
- Repairs after Acts of God, i.e. storm damage, wind, etc., are at an additional fee to be billed at $40.00 USD per man per hour plus an additional hardware needed.
- Not responsible for power issues.
- You the buyer may cancel this transaction at any time in writing prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.
- Credit card to be billed for full amount owed if account balance is over 30 days late.
- Not responsible for any mathematical errors on contract.
- Your signature on the front page is your acknowledgement that you have read and agreed to the terms listed above.
- Separate dedicated circuits(s) for holiday decorating is required in order to ensure proper performance of our displays.
- Not responsible for any outages caused by ground fault interrupters.
- Not responsible for incidental damage to siding, roofing, etc.
Storage of Product
- Storage fees are for period from date of takedown until date of following installation.
- No refunds of storage fees for material picked up prior to installation.
- In the event of termination of contract, client is responsible for picking up their product at our facility within 30 days of termination of contract.
- Any storage fees must be paid before product is released.
Retail Sales
- All product must be paid for upon pick up.
- Special orders require a 50% deposit.
- All sales are final.
- Warranty information is stated on last page of catalog.
